Hello! My name is Sana. I graduated from the Ohio State University and received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering specializing in software engineering.

During my Senior Capstone project at OSU, I've learned that I enjoyed working with frontend and web development. I had fun bringing wireframes to life and creating a functional web application. Check out my skills below!

Data Structures and Algorithms Review Web App

Deployed a progressive web app via Google Firebase. The app is used to help myself have a place where I can keep my notes on data structures and algorithms. It was also a way for me to learn about React and create a project using it.

Vegetable PWA

Vegetable Weight Progressive Web App

Deployed a progessive web app via Google Firebase. The app was created to help the produce department in weighting their products according to a target cost. The app allows users to view a produce's price/lbs and weights for the target costs. The app is hosted in Google Firebase and uses its database components to store data and images.

There is a manager view that allows the manager to change prices and target costs as well as add new products to the database.

Odin Oya Logo

Senior Capstone Project

Worked with Odin Oya for a semester-long project to clean up and add features to their Django web application. The web portal has multiple applications for small businesses to facilitate day-to-day operations. My tasks focused mostly on the frontend of the web application.

Implemented:

  • An animation transition for mobile screens
  • A click/drag feature for the schedule maker
  • An auto archive feature to the messaging system
  • A cleaner time-off request submission feature

    Sapphire Twitter Clone

    Ruby Twitter Clone

    A semester of multiple medium-sized projects and a large final project. The final project was a Twitter clone created with Ruby, HTML, JavaScript and SCSS.
